Purchase and Warranty
- The Battery is sold under the manufacturer’s warranty. Details of the warranty, including its duration and coverage, are provided in the warranty documentation included with the Battery.
- Any additional warranties or guarantees beyond the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, will be explicitly mentioned on the sales receipt or invoice.
Installation and Maintenance
- Proper installation is crucial to the performance and longevity of the Battery. We recommend having the Battery installed by a qualified automotive technician.
- Regular maintenance of the Battery, including cleaning and ensuring proper connections, is your responsibility. Neglecting maintenance may void the warranty.
Warranty Claims
- To make a warranty claim, you must present the Battery, proof of purchase, and warranty documentation to your respective Amaron Pitstop or an authorized service center.
- Warranty claims will be assessed according to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Limitations and Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or acts of nature.
- Any costs associated with the removal, installation, or transportation of the Battery are not covered under the warranty.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns and refunds are subject to our return policy, which may vary depending on the specific circumstances of the purchase. Please refer to our “Terms and Conditions of Warranty”.
Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Pollux Distributors, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Battery.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
- The warranty period commences from the date of sale of battery.
- The warranty is limited to all defects arising from the use of faulty material or poor workmanship. Consequential liabilities will not be entertained.
- In the event of any complaint, the battery has to be returned to the store where it was purchased or any AMARON’ Pitstop. Replaced / Rectified battery has to be collected from the same point.
- The right to determine whether a battery needs free replacement rests with the AMARONS Distributor.
- Defective battery arising out of free replacement will become property of AMARON@ Distributor and no scrap rebate will be given for it.
- Warranty period will commence only from the date of sale of a new battery. Therefore, the date of replacement of the battery under warranty will not alter the warranty period.
- All Liabilities under this warranty will cease if the battery is:
- Transferred to a third party or to any other vehicle.
- Used in any application other than that specified by the company.
- Used in non-vehicular application.
- Damaged due to fitment of additional accessories other than the original fitment.
- Out of warranty period.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage to the battery caused by faulty electrical systems, improper handling, service by unauthorized dealers / auto electricians, willful abuse, destruction by fire. collision, theft or recharging.
- Recharging, which would be billed extra.
- Breakage of container and cover.
- Damage to the battery due to contamination of electrolyte.
- The warranty booklet with barcode intact must accompany all claims arising within the warranty period. Customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this condition at the time of purchase.
